and MARGARITAS was the theme for the night. MARLENE subbed for GINNY. we snacked on tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole, fresh fruit, and shrimp cocktail. we drank BLACK BOX wine and MARGARITAS. we chowed down on chicken enchiladas and SPANISH RICE. a STRAWBERRY MARGARITA CAKE was for dessert.
