july bunco
JULY BUNCO took place at TRICIA's home in tomball. the night started off with some delicious sausage stars and chips with white queso. we also enjoyed a mexican casserole and a pretty bundt cake for dessert. the wine and landsharks were plentiful. then it was time to get our game on! BROOKE couldn't make it so trish's sister-in-law ANITA subbed.
most buncos > MICHELE/DARLENE (split)
most wins > SHERRY (16)
2nd most wins > STEPHANIE (13)
most losses > MARY (12)
last bunco > MARLENE (2 in a row)
the prize for the LAST BUNCO of the night was a pretty magnetic necklace. lots of good music -- michael jackson and justin timberlake ("get your BUNCO back!") just to name a couple. we also called WILMA's husband to wish him a happy birthday -- twice! as always, it was a fun night filled with lots of chatting and silliness -- props to TRICIA on hosting her very first bunco! next month's bunco will be at GINNY's. :)

the BEST BUNCO GROUP EVER played at STEPHANIE S's house. we enjoyed homemade CHICKEN SALAD, fresh vegetables, salad, sweet potato chips, HUMMUS with chips and two desserts: OREO cookies with cool whip and LEMON bars. both were yummy. and WINE. lots and lots of wine. :)

we talked about having next month's bunco at STEPHANIE S's house again and it being an over-nighter — a bunco-over / sleep-over / drunk-over / hang-over on FRIDAY, JUNE 11th. but plans are still up in the air so stay tuned for details. :)

SIDE-WINDIN' WILMA won most buncos and LASSO LAURA had the most losses. a hog-killin' good time was had by all including JINGLE-JANGLE JULIE, good ol' mar-e and LONE-STAR LIZ. we had a TOWN HALL meetin' to discuss a new PROPOSITION that would allow us to re-roll whenever the three dice rolled equaled whatever we were rollin' for in that particular round. we decided to see how it goes next month when we gather at steph c's.
